Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Very good food. Got the cob fried cobb salad and fried pickles. It was very good. Employees were very friendly. The prices were very reasonable.

Ordered online. Waited 20mins. App timer never updated. Finally drove to location. Waited in drive-up line for 15min. Very Slow service. Food fresh but not good. Bread hard. Asked for extra Ranch. Told in bag. It was not. $17 for awful food and service. Will not be returning to this or any other Zaxbys ever again.

Im not even a huge fan of Zaxby's but i decided i wanted a salad today and Sarah was at the cash register she's literally SO sweet. Shes the type of employee that attracts people coming back. I was literally not even having that great of a day but she just brought out happiness from me.

If someone asks for no blue cheese and RANCH dressing, why give them blue cheese dressing? I don't get it. I always have an issue with my food here , but they're always busy so I don't say anything. I know the color of the packet changed and Ranch isn't blue anymore, but do your people know this? I will never, ever, ever come back to this location, even if it IS 2 minutes from work.

I ordered the Zack's kids chicken fingers meal and it was $5.39 + tax. As you can see by the photos this is what you get for a little over $6. I would hate to see if this is what you had to feed like a 7 to 12 year-old hungry child this. I ordered this for myself because I really wasn't hungry but I had no idea this was the size of it and as you can see by the X2 chicken fingers that you do get, they're no bigger than the ranch dressing sitting beside it. And you get like 9 or 10 pieces of french fry and the drink is like 5oz with the ice. And the meal was cold, not even Luke warm.
