Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Not sure what I did to receive the food in the condition I received tonight. After a long day of work I had no time to cook dinner, stopped by zaxbys and ordered a meal. There were barely any French fries and they were all burnt to crisp including the bread buns also being burnt and ripped in half and squished with someone’s fingers. This is disappointing to have to deal with when we all work hard for the money we spend at places like this. Whoever worked night shift tn, thanks for your poor service, this should never be acceptable.

I am absolutely disappointed in the quality of my food this evening. I worked ALL day and very hard at that and I hadn’t eaten all day. I came to get food as I have to take my kids to practices etc. and as you can see in the pictures my wings look like play food and my ranch dressing was spoiled. I don’t even have time to go back to the location and ask for a refund because I will be late getting home. Today was already not great and this sealed the deal. I will be headed to the location tomorrow to speak with a manager.

I ordered two cobb salads and I asked for two honey mustard and two ranch. It is on my receipt. Than they charged me a separate time for the sauce because he didn't charge me. But they never talked to me. The old lady was rude and the order taker need more training. Customer service is everything. The lady at the window never explained or said anything.

The quality of the food at this location is awful. I literally had 8 burnt shrimp and maybe 10 burnt over seasoned fries. The cheesecake bites had no cheesecake in side of them because they were overcooked as well. The egg rolls and chicken wings were ok. The location on William few in evans is always good.

$20 for 10 wings and a small drink is insane. I received 7 flats and 3 drums also. Why couldn't that be 5 each? I asked for sweet and spicy. They were sweet but not spicy. I seem to be more disappointed eating out these days because of what I'm am receiving. The fast food industry has a lot to be desired! I may have to start financing my meals the way the future looks.
