Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The absolute worst I've ever experienced from Zaxby's. My order the zaxby chicken fingers plate. The fries were all over the carryout mixed with the coleslaw. The don't even give you a serving of coleslaw. Too many kids serving the public and not being supervised. Very distasteful and unprofessional. Sorry to say, don't waste your time eating here.

I've been going to this location for a long time and was a dedicated customer until today. I normally order the same thing everytime I go and have never had an issue with it. I went to the the drive-thru and ordered my normal order. The grilled chicken sandwich meal,no lettuce,no tomato add shredded cheese as I am not a fan of sliced cheese. When I get to the window to pay for my food the cashier asked if I wanted my shredded cheese in a cup. I said no,I'd like it on the sandwich. She then tells me that the manager said it wasn't allowed. I asked since when because I've been ordering it that way for as long as I can remember. The manager replied and said it was her rule! It's crazy to think that the manager has the power to decide how my food is prepared when I am the one paying for it. I politely requested to have my card back and canceled my order. I miss David,he was an awesome manager and really cared about his customers.

Ignore the 5 star reviews. Inside soda machine is usually terrible (idk why; maybe they dont clean it/change out the cartridges regularly), slowest fast food i ever get in my life (avg 5 minutes per car), the foods ok to below average (depends on how fresh you get it). If you dine in its okay, however, brace yourself if its the drive through. The staff themselves are nice but despite being a rather patient person, calling it "fast food" is just ridiculous. Around that part of aiken there isnt many quick options unfortunately.

When you spend 11 dollars for a salad you expect a little bit more food then 5 bites of lettuce. I understand portions can’t always be the same but come on now I get more lettuce on a burger. For the price you should get alot more of a salad than what I received today. The rest of the food was great just this was a let down of food. Btw picture does not do justice.

Disgusting , disappointing and most of all discouraging and the entire staff need discipline as a discussion. The front clerk ask the same question more than once and I just would like my money back . The Cobb fried chicken salad had lettuce stock in it that was disgusting looking . I have taken pictures to prove the hair was on the egg also overall it shouldn’t be one star . I will be stopping back by and I deserve more than an apology tbh …..
