While visiting a friend at Ft. Eisenhower, I stopped in at this establishment and purchased a men's bracelet. The staff was courteous, cordial and extremely helpful. Especially Pamela the store manager. She took painstaking time to help with this gift. Put together a lifetime warranty. So that going forward this gift had added value. Something I didn't expect or have experienced in some time. Generally the "big box" merchant is all about the sale and the customer is made to feel less personal. This absolutely was not the case and I believe Pamela went above and beyond to meet my needs. I can't say Thank you loud or strong enough, and I would unequivocally recommend this organization when looking for a gift to anyone of my friends or family.
