I was at the point of canceling both my phone and internet services. I’d already priced and was ready to make a switch. I had recently moved and the entire process of getting my accounts switched was miserable. I’d spoke with people on the phone, on the chat, and in person. I decided to go to the Evans location to give Xfinity one last chance. The dude Elijah that helped me is the reason I’m still with Xfinity. He got my accounts switched as well as getting me a credit for extra charges made on my account. He also got my payment as close as possible to the introductory rate I’d paid for the past two years. His customer service and knowledge were greatly appreciated.

I have had a cable line (connected to my house) down and laying in the street for 2 weeks. We were given the number and email of a supervisor to contact about it and have not received a response. We have been without WiFi for 2 weeks, and have a potential safety hazard and you cannot get in contact with a real person from Xfinity. I finally got a tech appointment from the online assistant only for that appointment to get canceled because they said it appeared my WiFi was online. If I don’t get a hold of a person soon, I will be canceling this service. As of now I would not recommend Xfinity to anyone.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Xfinity's customer service. The representative, John Jones, was quite rude and not helpful at all. He ignored me while typing on his computer and asked if I had a receipt, which I informed him twice that I did not. He then proceeded to ask about a mistake they did regarding the overselling of cameras, despite their system only being able to handle six cameras at a time for the security system. They sold us nine cameras and refused to take three back, so I advise caution regarding their security system. When I came Monday they stated they have no manager at the store no assistant manager. No management what so ever. He was so unprofessional rude and disrespectful. He called me a liar saying his manager wouldn't say certain things. He said he was the manager of the store. It's not true. Additionally, I found the customer service in-store to be lacking. They also don't inform you that Xfinity Mobile is not truly unlimited and that your internet service slows down after 35gb Please be aware of these issues if you're considering their services. Please be careful!

Since Hurricane Helene, our family has been unable to work or do anything else that requires the internet. Customer service is rude and dodges every question about the status. Providing a 10-20$ credit is not sufficient. Thanks to xfinity I am now having to use vacation time since it's going on 3 weeks. They do not care and their technicians are Not fixing anything.

I have been doing business with Xfinity for four years now I had some unexpected events happening in my life that put me in a financial bind at the age of 20 so I quickly had to improvise before I left Texas. The people here are very understanding, and professional individuals who could answer any questions I had regarding extending a phone bill or college discounts with them because this was my second phone carrier and I was in the process of starting and paying for college and other bills. It's a relief to know that good people are here to help!! When Hardships arose this cellar provided me a new view of hope! Good people are here to help I will gladly continue you to use Xfinity's services the prices are worth it because of the extremely top-notch agents Thank You
