Our HOA uses them as their management company. They claim that they will protect our properties, but my the neighbors next door to me, broke the covenant laws and changed their landscaping without obtaining permission or a licensed, insured contractor. Because the job was done incorrectly, it resulted in major damage being done to my property! When I contacted Association Link (his property management company) they told me that it was a civil matter and that there was nothing they could do. They suggested I hire a lawyer and take the neighbors to court! They are terrible! The residents in my neighborhood don’t trust them and want them fired! Did I mention that they also DOUBLED our HOA dues with no warning and no explanation as to where the funds are going? The staff was also informed not to speak to me and the few times that I did have contact with them, they were extremely condescending and RUDE! I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy! They don’t care about people. All they care about is lining their own pockets!

Sold a home and the buyer went through this office. I've had to fight and go back and forth with these people over so many things and payment. They said they don't do wire transfers which is a lie because they do. I filled out the paperwork for it and everything was good and approved. When it came to getting the 2nd transfer, they said it had to be check only and they don't do wire transfers and there's be a fee to do so. Then I was told oh well, you're getting a check period and wasn't given the option. I'm really beyond annoyed with these people. The only people who were nice was the closing attorney and the receptionist. Everyone else was unpleasant to deal with to say the least. FYI And to the response, this has been happening WEEKS before the hurricane.

The level of incompetence at this firm is unmatched. It has been over a week since the transaction closed and they have yet to send payment to our firm. They were supplied with payment instructions numerous times and yet nothing. When called, they said a Manager would call our firm then nothing was done and the employee left for the day without notice. I highly suggest seeking another company to work with or don't be surprised when you fall victim to their ineptitude at the easiest of tasks.

They were very rude and arrogant when it came down to representing the property management company. Mr Wright McLeod is a really nice guy but the people he has working for him are very rude, and don’t give you the time of day.’when he was a small law firm he treated me really nice , as they grew the associates and I believe family members that work for him are arrogant. I’ll be bringing my Buisness somewhere else.

Not impressed. Terrible customer service. They’re attitudes say they are bothered to be assisting you. They never gave me a preliminary settlement statement to review prior to the day of closing. I needed to review since I had arranged a POA for the signing. They were also trying to charge me $250 to draft a POA form that any person can draft for free! And, they wanted to charge for recording it when it was not needing to be recorded. When I pointed this out, they seemed surprised I knew this and didn’t argue about not charging for those items. When I pre-signed, I gave them a change of address form to send to my current mortgage company on the day of closing and it wasn’t sent. When I asked them to resend, they said that it wasn’t in my file and asked if I had it. I’m, no. I gave it to them when I pre-signed. I do not recommend their services. Plenty of others to choose from.
