Manny has been my insurance agent for over 10 years. He assisted with prompt quotes when I bought my new car in 2016 and has adjusted my policies over the years as situations changed. He cares about each one of his customers and works hard to provide quality service along with premium insurance coverage in every situation. I have had WMW Insurance handling both my vehicle and farm insurance needs for the last several years. Recently, when I started a new venture, I also let them quote my Commercial Insurance. Manny Rubiera and his team not only surpassed all expectations of finding me an affordable policy but was able to customize that policy to fit my transportation needs with complete coverage. One of the strongest traits of the friendly staff at WMW Insurance is that when you call you get a person to talk to who can answer and address your insurance needs unlike a larger company who either treats you like a number or bounces you around a recorded system. I have worked with Manny and his entire staff at WMW Insurance for years. Prior to working with Manny, I had been with Progressive for my Auto for 15 years. WOW, was I over paying. I was able to get Auto Insurances, add a driver, add Rental Insurance and a better policy and still save $300 per month. Without sacrificing the customer experience...I would recommend WMW for all insurance needs.

Do not go with this company if you want an agent that communicates, follows up and returns phone calls. I have been trying to get an insurance policy for my second business for over two months. This is not the first time I have had this experience. I should also mention that a few years ago, I ended up having to call my insurance carrier directly to handle an issue over the renewal of my business insurance as my policy lapsed without my knowledge. I initially asked WMW to handle it however it was not taken care of, thus I had to do it myself. If anything had happened in that time period I would not have have any coverage for my business. I have tried to be patient and I am beyond frustrated at this point. I don’t know if anyone else has had the same experience but mine has not been a good one. As a business owner, my time is valuable (as is theirs, I would assume) and after the 5th time calling in, I have to wonder how much more it’s going to take in order to get something done. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, as everyone has times that get busy and things fall through the cracks temporarily, etc., but for me, this has been the norm, and unless you like repeatedly calling your agent to get anything done, I would choose another company.
