Wingstop

*DISCLAIMER: My review goes to all Wingstop locations. I am reviewing this one because its where i got food from.* I am a doordasher , normally I just pick up orders from here, but the popularity of it and the food options looked good, so my boyfriend and I finally decided to try it. We got a three piece chicken tender combo tossed in hot sauce with cheese fries, as well as an sight count boneless wings tossed in original hot with Buffalo ranch fries, no ranch. I am sure the food tastes the same at all locations, but I will just say that we will be sticking to picking up delivery orders ONLY from Wingstop. The food was mediocre, at best. The fires were soggy, unseasoned, and they just didn't taste like anything. My boyfriend said they tasted like cardboard. The chicken was not good, either. In comparison, the wings and tenders both tasted like the boneless wings you get in the frozen section of the grocery store to cook at home. We had very high expectations because everyone hypes this place up, but the food is just not it...I could've made these wings at home for $15 cheaper than waht I paid at Wingstop. They'll only see me here for delivery orders from now on. Sad. Very disappointed. :(

Well the Food was okay, could've been Better. I Enjoyed my Chicken Sandwich but the Wings seemed over cooked they looked all tiny and shriveled up. The Service wasn't bad but I had to literally wait an Hour for a 6 piece Wings, Fries and a Chicken Sandwich! The Inside doesn't seem to be designed to hold guest it looks more like a waiting room then a Fast Food Restaurant!

Was met almost immediately by staff and placed my order Cashier was patient with me as I was trying to figure out what I wanted The inside was clean with two benches at the window to sit down at to wait for your order. Highly recommend the Spicy Korean flavor. Perfect blend of spice (that’s not overpowering) and sweetness Order came out pretty quickly and was delicious Fries are always great as well as the ranch (Wingstop staple) This location has been the best and cleanest one I’ve been to

Mya is a very unprofessional our food was missing and she just hung up on our face. When we went in there they was talking about they body count. They can count the body count but can’t count the correct number of wings. Had another employee hang up in my face too. Then she deleted our order out the system saying she can’t give us a refund even when we had receipt. I finally got the district manager number and she is reviewing cameras and getting our refund but we couldn’t even get our refund the same day and it was a $60+ order. They said it’s not the first time she had complaints about employees and manager hanging up in customers face. Will never come back to this wingstop again. Will be getting corporate number and reporting every employee involved. Do not waste your money or time.

This establishment is a favorite. I don’t eat here often but when I do it’s always clean and professional. Today the cashier Jazmine immediately greeted me and placed my order. She was kind and even gave me a flavor taste for my wings. I honestly appreciate great service and now a days it seems to be asking a lot. It’s safe to say the management is doing a great job making a comfortable work environment.
