We drove 2 hours to Windsor because they were the closest Rolex repair facility. This is a beautiful facility, very impressive from the outside and even more so inside. We were greeted at the door by a nice young lady who escorted us upstairs to the watch repair area. We browsed the merchandise on the second floor while waiting for an appraisal on my watch repair. The young lady stayed until my appraisal was complete, then led us to a register to complete all the information needed to have the watch shipped to me. We didn't take time to browse the merchandise on the first floor (it was Friday afternoon and we wanted to beat the weekend traffic ) but the goods we checked on the second floor were enough to convince us that this is the place to buy jewelry. The customer service alone is enough to bring you back! It was a great experience!

No other jewelry store has ever made us feel more like family. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Claire. We explained what we were looking for and she went right work. She is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. You can tell she enjoys what she does! She even taught us along the way. Claire was very patient with us while we were deciding and answered every question we asked (we had a lot) without hesitation. Her efforts, along with the whole Windsor family, are the reason why we left with a one of a kind ring. I would recommend anyone in the market for any sort of jewelry/diamond to stop by Windsor, ask for Claire, and experience the one of a kind service along with one of a kind jewelry you won’t find anywhere else.

I can't say enough about this company ya'll. I needed my Rolex GMT Master II serviced and repaired and didn't want to have to ship it to either NY or TX, and didn't want to give it to someone who wasn't certified by Rolex to do either the service and/or repair. Windsor was, and has been the "bar setter" since the first call. Everyone I've spoken with on the phone has treated me decency, respect, and with the utmost professionalism. I only live a couple of hours away so I decided to drive down there with my wife, drop of my watch, and spend a few days hanging out around Augusta. We were warmly welcomed when we walked in, and was very well taken care of by Adam G. as I walked through the process. Adam became a fast friend and he gave my wife and I a bunch of restaurant suggestions and other places of interest to go visit. If you're looking for an honest and trusted Rolex AD, a fine jeweler, or just a nice place to walk into and look around, you'll do yourself a great disservice by not visiting Windsor. And even though there's a Rolex AD where I live, I will be working with Adam at Windsor in the future to acquire it.

Windsor jewelers is an excellent and reputable jeweler! My husband and I purchased both of our wedding bands, as well as my engagement ring, from here. We consistently go in to get our rings cleaned or for other services (i.e. soldering my wedding set). Every time we walk into Windsor, we are met with kind, caring, and professional employees who want the best for every customer. They don’t try to upsell you, they never rush you, and they are very knowledgable. We love Windsor and plan to continue to shop there in the future!
