What I witnessed today was so uncomfortable. Vivian was just ignoring a child crying and not even consoling her. When the mom arrived, she was very aggressive and defensive. I thought this place was something I’d be comfortable leaving my kids at. After today’s incident. With how Vivian acted, not so sure I’d recommend leaving your kids there. You know your job and what you signed up for. You should be well equipped and know how to be compassionate with kids you take care of. So disappointed on how this was handled.

Haven't been too happy with the life guards this summer. They aren't watching or enforcing the rules like I observed last summer and the ones b4. I had to tell one the other day that 3 young kids were back swimming in the closed area, after I witnessed one girl floating face down. They couldn't have been older than 7.. The ones in the stands don't look like they're watching as diligently. My kid had another kid pulling on his legs trying to pull him under the water. Thankfully I keep an eye on mine even tho they all passed the swim test, but many parents do not!

I’ve been going to a Family Y gym since I was in 11th grade. I’m 36 now. Up until this point I’ve never had issues with dress code. I’ve never seen a dress code implemented. Now, they’re enforcing a dress code to cater to a subset of people who go to the gym to worry about what others have going on versus actually bettering themselves. Incredibly disappointing to see. Why this gym decided to suppress a large portion of their members to cater to a select few is well beyond me but enough to make me leave this gym and stick with Crunch Fitness full time. I, along with several other members and trainers, have made the jump to Crunch and this won’t be the last. Dress codes are weird to implement in a gym.

The Wilson Family YMCA is one of my family’s go to place to workout and have fun! We love that we can go and there is so much to do and be part of. My partner wakes up early to play basketball. The outside pool is awesome. There are two splash pads, a slide separate from main pool, and a toddler pool. There are also two inside pools and a jacuzzi. Currently my son is attending swim lessons and playing baseball. When we go to workout we leave my seven year old at the kids gym. They are very organized and friendly. It’s is worth the $80 membership especially if you have a a lot of kids. That membership includes two adults and 6 dependents.

I had an extremely disappointing and negative experience with this childcare center. Specifically with a worker named Vivian. From the moment we arrived, she was aggressive, unwelcoming, and visibly lacked basic empathy or communication skills; qualities that should be non-negotiable when working with kids. I’m genuinely concerned about the emotional impact Vivian has to the children she takes care of. I spoke to the manager and she mentioned that this is not the first time they had a problem with Vivian. She even mentioned that there is a petition to remove her from taking care of kids, which I think is very necessary. Very disappointed. Will not come back.
