It was a disaster. I was asked for my drivers license to enter the gate even though I was on the list of the resident. They took my driver's license and tried to scan it! I had to grab it from the guard before it was scanned. That is very dangerous to have just anyone having access to your driver's license. I will be filing a suite if any if our data is compromised against both the security company and the West Lake HOA.

They are really bad now. In the morning you wait for a long time to get in. I dont know whats going now, but it was never like this.
