First, St Johns Towers advertisers spacious living conditions. I went for a tour. The rooms are just a little larger than a jail cell. A one-bedroom apartment has two tiny rooms in it. And a bathroom, small closet, and tiny kitchen. The bathroom closet and kitchen are okay. But the rooms are extremely small. You can only have one cat. Don't know why they only allow one. It's 1 It's about $1,250 a month. For that you get those very small rooms. And you get one meal a day. That's lunch. Oh and you don't get anything on Saturday. They do have a little pull cord you can pull in case you fall. Of course the pull cord is on the wall so if you fell in the middle of the floor you couldn't call anybody anyway. The place is way overpriced for what you get.

This facility is great! Lots of sweet and i retesting residents and great nurses that work hard to take care of them!

Not at all as advertised. Very overpriced. Old. Food is hit and miss. Some apartments are infested with bugs. Even find them in microwave. Elevators are unreliable. Rent keeps going up! Have only good things to say about Kerri, Cindy, Tracy, Pam, Joseph, Sandra, Markeesha, and Wanda. I did make some wonderful friends while living there, but won't be moving back. I am thankful that they were there for me when I really needed them!

I don't live there. I deliver food and groceries. FOR SAFETY, THE TWO SLOW ELEVATORS NEED TO BOTH WORK,THEY ARE SMALL WHEN YOU ADD A WHEELCHAIR, SCOOTER, WALKER OR GROCERY CART. PLEASE MAKE A DELIVERY DRIVER PARKING SPOT.....CLOSE FOR CONVENIENCE AND TO MINIMIZE RAIN ISSUES....I HAVE HAD TO MOVE A DRIPPING WET CART INTO FACILITY, dropping water everywhere.

Not enough employees and the ones they do have, don't care about the residents. Some of their rules are extremely mean to the residents. Not enough elevators for the residents. One is always being used for everything else but for the residence and they have to wait or crowd in
