Very impressed with my visit here. The store was clean, staff was kind and helpful, food was fresh. I really appreciate when a place is not run down or staffed by people who don't care about their jobs. Well done, and please, continue providing this level of quality!

To the manager ROBBY… the photo below is how the frosties should look like. Not the melted mess you refused to exchange or refund because it’s “hot” outside. Don’t sell melted ice cream if your frosty machines are not working! This location served me melted frosties, I went right back to ask if they can remake they said no because it’s hot outside, then I asked for a refund and they said no you can order another one. I called corporate and they made it right, went back to return the frostys and ask for the managers name, he refused to give me his name. Then finally he said his name was Robby, and told me to not order melted ice cream next time. Umm… I was in the drive through, how was I supposed to know it was melted. And also, why would you sell melted ice cream? Went to the location in martintown rd and they did it right, they laughed when I told them what happened. I hope corporate addressed this because this was a terrible experience.

Hey Fast Foodies, had stopped in for a late lunch. Good customer service, the Order was prompt, and everything tasted great except the fries. Asked twice for fresh fries but the problem was it was being cooked in old grease so they kept coming out dark.

We stopped at Wendy’s for take out dinner in December. The drive through cashier was dressed in a Grinch costume; we were pleasantly surprised and took pictures of us and him. It just put us in the Christmas spirit and turned our normal experience into a memorable one. It’s the little things…

This Wendy’s has went down hill quick, service is horrible, food quality is horrible, Management is horrible, specially miss Cassidy. I was told my order could not be changed simply because a new person was working in the fry station and she did not won’t them to mess up?!?!? Wouldn’t that be the perfect opportunity to go over and provide proper training, what a poor excuse of laziness and poor management. Just very poor customer service, I can only hope this is not a reflection of the upper management for this location. :(D
