Wendy's

Absolutely horrible service, Ran by a bunch of people who don't know how to do their job! Every time I have visited there they have given me such horrible experience. First time they didn't cool my food properly, Came in to get it figured out, They said no I must pay again, Since I had taken a bite out of my burger. Second time I had came, they "accidentally" added food to my order I did not ask nor give to me, So I was charged an extra 6$ and I asked for a refund they said no, dispute it with your bank. The third time I came, They welcomed me asking me to order as they were ready to take orders, So I replied with Bacanator Meal, and then it was silent for 10 minutes. And then the lady responded "Oh were you still ordering?" And I said Yes and repeated what I had wanted and then after saying the first meal, Lady has told me to wait a sec and then another 5 mins, Repeated "Was you ordering?" And then I once again repeated it all, This time the lady has put everything down, Just to say "We don't feel like making all of this sorry" so I drove off mad. This place is the worst Wendy ever. And Also don't ask for a receipt from them, They will get very mad, trying to not give it to you, When you can see it printing

Paid extra for a large ice cream never received it chicken was raw in the middle the fries were okay the service took 20 minutes and they were extremely indifferent not rude but definitely not an attitude that makes me like this experience. Someone needs to get this store under control or some like you put a couple 10 year olds back there who don't know what their doing ffs

Mobile order : baked potato chives and sour cream , biggie bag, and small frosty. 1 HOUR AND 25 MIN !!!!!! This is why we rarely go out to fast food places. We didn’t even get the chicken nuggets. What’s is going on is a lot of laughing and socializing. No hustle, not a care in the world. Do your job or find something else. Food service is not for you.

I was the fourth customer in a line of four for breakfast on a Saturday morning and it took 25 minutes to receive my order and the order was incorrect and they only had four orders to go through how did they mix that one up? They also offered no apologies or didn't even address the situation I had a customer behind me who pulled up for an order and angrily drove out without paying or getting their order because of the delay, the entire staff here needs to be evacuated and replaced with competent employees.

For a week I have been waiting to get a Toco salad and when I was finally able to get to a Wendy's to get one I was so disappointed.. They have no cheese in the whole building..I was ok with that because I was headed home and knew I could get cheese at home.. I get up to the window to pay $9.93 and I ask for a receipt. The young man tells me he has no receipt paper. Maybe I could ask up front. Next window. I ask for a receipt. The young lady looked at me she didn't know what a receipt was. She tells me they have no receipt paper. None in the whole building. At this point I am worried about my salad. Are they going to have all the ingredients for it. Minus the cheese.. Finally got my salad, and when I got home I was so disappointed. The salad was so small, I had more chill in the container than I had salad to put it on.. I will not be returning to Wendy's any time soon...
