Wendy's

I've been to this wendy's a bunch but tonight they where ON IT. Best fast food burger I have ever had. The car two cars ahead of me ordered a whole bunch of food and they had a few cars behind me. Even though they where busy they got my food out fast and I cannot emphasize how good my burger was. And whoever the manager in the widow was tonight was amazing and had an amazing attitude. I wish I got his name because he definitely deserves some extra recognition and probably a raise. This was 4/8 around 8pm. I'm hoping you guys look into who all was working this night and recognizing them.

I walked in, and everyone was busy packaging door dash orders. I stood there for almost 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. Then, as my order is being packed, we figure out she took my order wrong. The cook was awesome though. He fixed it and was very helpful. The original employee never even spoke to me again after she took my order. I spent a good 20 minutes or more just to get a take out order. This experience was very disappointing.

Manager on 3/19/25 9pm so rude and immature. Not sure how he’s the manager he may have been lying. Ma’am you gotta come inside and get your order. I’m like I ordered on the app for drive thru. He said your order is at the front. I’m like can you go get it? Like what are you even talking about. I’m like just give me a refund if you can’t get it to me at the window because I’m not getting all my kids out. He says “ OH MY GOD BRUH’. Yes this was the so called manager. Like that’s wild it’s slim pickings out here in 2025 . Anybody can be the manager.

First I love Wendy's food. However, todays food was not very good. Burgers were dry over cooked, fries were cold and no salt, nuggets were cold, and the cinnamon pull apart was dry. I understand that sometimes not everything in order may not be perfect, but this time nothing was. Yes, they were busy so you would thing everything was fresh.

I love Wendy's but i had to wait 40 minutes with 2 cars in front of me just for 2 small frostys they did not have all the flavors only vanilla and she did not even know are order when we got to the window. Over all a horrible experience.
