Everyone is so friendly! Whenever we go in this Wells Fargo Branch all the tellers and bankers are so friendly and personable. They know most customers by name and will offer a water if there is a wait. Like all businesses, they are not perfect, but this group is a step above the rest.

So now with Wells Fargo you just can't contact a banker over the phone? It's all just automated and even when you get to the process where you can talk to someone, no one answers? I really doubt every single banker in there is busy

The best bank by far that I've ever used! The employees are professional yet friendly and helpful. Most of my banking is done online, the app is so simple to use that a toddler could do it! 😉 I love the fact that no matter where I go in the US, a Wells Fargo bank is likely to be nearby.

This branch should train others branches in Customer Service. Just wanted to deposit a check at another location it was an awful experience but Beth at this branch gave me A1 care and was extremely polite.
