*** 3 Years later*** NO IMPROVEMENT Is it really that difficult to have more than 1 employee at the drive thru? Friendly tellers and good customer service however there are long wait lines at the drive thru during all hours of the day because they are always short on staff. This can be a huge inconvenience. Constantly seeing now hiring tellers displayed in windows.

Shirl is an excellent customer service representative at this branch. She was kind and courteous. She made my visit pleasant.

This bank doesn’t follow the same policies and procedures that every other Wells Fargo in the augusta area does. They make business banking extremely difficult. I NEVER have issues with transactions at the Furys Ferry location. I literally have issues with simple transactions EVERY SINGLE TIME I visit this location. Poor customer service and training.

All banks are worthless, but this is the one I deal with the most often. The $5 a month I'm charged is paying for the automatic teller machine, who is the only 'employe' I interact with. I don't use anything else. I've been using this company for 10 years and I've never been approved anything. What's the point guys?

On Friday July 14th the Wells Fargo ATM at Doctor's Hospital lobby kept my debit card due to malfunction issues with the ATM. I went to the branch at Wheeler Rd. and Pamela Fraizer, banker, assisted me with getting another debit card, as the bank no longer issues temporary cards. Pamela assured me that my new card should arrive by Monday 17th by Fed Ex. I have received my new card by 10:15 a.m. and want to acknowledge the exceptional customer service received by Pamela.
