Horrible experience! DO NOT RENT!!!!!! I was charged $75 for seats that I told her were horrible before I even got into the van and she stated she know. My group was only travel in van for 4 hours 1 day and no drinks were present but she pointed out water marks behind backs that we did not put. She was pointing out stains that only could have been put there if someone used the bathroom on themselves. When I called she hung up on me because she had a customer but I was a customer as well. Very unprofessional DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them…

We rent from Waters nearly every summer for our family vacation and its always a good experience. This last time my parents pick up the van the night before and when I got to their house I noticed that it was not the van that I was expecting. The following morning we went back to Waters and Kim and Thomas made the situation right. Thanks Waters' staff and see you next summer!

I Rented a 15 passenger seat van! I admitted to putting a very small dent on the back door! She's gonna tell me the bumper was loose which I checked it out it was not! She told me I didn't leave it on full which I pumped gas right there by the place and parked the Van it was on F she told me it wasn't behind F...so I guess I was supposed to let it run on the ground!! I'm not sure what she calls Full! Then saying oil was on the seat! Never again ill Rent from them😡 I had to put $200 deposit down People do anything to keep it I wasn't surprised at all! So I'm trying to figure out Getting estimates and not fixing them! I've admitted to my wrong doing but don't try to play me! About the gas! It be your own kind

We didn't even rent from them because the representative was so rude. My husband visited the office about 20 minutes before opening and the lady told him very rudely that they weren't open and when they did it would be a while. Then when he returned he told her the day he'd like to pick up and then she rudely yelled again "what day" because she wasn't listening. He politely thanked her and left. We rented a vehicle through Thrifty and received excellent customer service! Too bad because it was a five day rental at that. Their loss.

We rented an 8-passenger van to transport visitors from Europe around Georgia. Waters' staff was courteous, knowledgable, and efficient. Van was clean and well maintained. Price was very fair. We recommend Waters to anybody with transportation needs.
