Walt Bagwell: Allstate Insurance

Office staff are nice and professional, but the bait and switch tactics seem shady. I was quoted a decent car insurance rate when I switched from Geico, but at the first 6 month renewal the rate skyrocketed for no apparent reason. That leads me to believe i was given a falsely low rate just to get my business, knowing the rates would change immediately thereafter. I will leaving Allstate by next week, once I have several more hours to shop for new insurance with hopefully a more reputable company.
