I had a great experience the other day with a young employee named Destini. I asked her where the coolers are and she wasn’t sure but she went looking for them herself and then came back and found me where I was shopping (all the way across the store) to tell me where they were. She was even prepared to bring me a cooler but I said that was okay. This is Publix level service!!!! Thanks Destini!

Once again, shifting everything around to look like Target. I lived in Arkansas when Sam Walton still opened up every store when new. He also worked hard to develop American industry. Those days are now gone, and everything comes from China, whose intentions toward the USA are not good.

I have been to the Knox Avenue North Augusta location TWICE in 1 week trying to buy golf balls that are locked behind glass. I waited over 20 min both times and talked to several workers… none had a key. They called over the intercom several times, no one ever showed. Ridiculous and unprofessional. Everyone you speak to has an attitude and acts like they don’t want to be bothered. There is no management to be found. I left both times without buying anything because I literally could not get anyone to open a locked glass door.

I am utterly disappointed in you Knox Ave. I expected this from Edgefield Rd Walmart but not you. I drive further away to get to your store instead of Edgefield, and to see that you have BROWN HAMBURGER meat on display is completely disheartening! I didnt buy a single piece of meat from your store yesterday. And I see I will have to be more cautious when shopping at your store.

Stop by the Deli, around 3:50 on 2/13/2025 as a customer I walked over and spoke to the worker ( black woman short light brown skin with glasses) she didn’t even speak back my 7 year old even stated “ that’s rude” as we walked away. How can you work in an establishment with the public and not speak yet had a full conversation with another employee that stop over to the counter prior to my Daughter and I walking over there.
