Always seem to be mudding my staple items but had a good variety. Some staff are a lil clueless to items and locations. But overall nice enough. I like to grab bubble tea when Im in but the workers seem confused on the americanized versions of bubble tea. Popping bubbles are NOT boba. Very different things. MILK tea is pbviously the norm black tea add milk. The others are other flavored teas- not the basic milk tea.

Walmart needs to improve the customer exit experience in their stores. It doesn't make sense for someone to ask for a receipt at every single exit. Instead, they should centralize this process. There's a reason why I use the Scan and Go feature – to avoid being asked for my receipt by multiple employees in blue shirts. They could take inspiration from Sam’s Club's exit hub experience.

This place has grown on me so much and is ONLY like 6 minutes from my house. I love my Walmart Worker greeters who are pretty much my Mamas and Papas here that treat me like their family and look out for me. Most of the time I find what I’m looking for, but if not it’ll eventually get to the shelves! Very sweet workers and I love it for my shopping needs! 🩷

⭐ 1-Star Review Walmart Tire & Lube Express – Bobby Jones Location (Augusta, GA) I am BEYOND frustrated with this entire experience—and the complete lack of professionalism at the Bobby Jones Walmart tire center has pushed me over the edge. This is the third time I’ve had to deal with my tires this week because of the runaround I’ve been getting from Walmart. Earlier this week, my tire sensor came on, so I stopped at this location. I was told they couldn’t help me without an appointment and was sent away to the Evans location. No effort to help—just a brush-off. Thank GOD the Evans location had better customer service. They took me in, found a nail in my tire, patched it, and sent me on my way. Not even a few hours later, my sensor is back on. I go BACK to Evans and find out the patch was done in the wrong place, and the tire couldn’t be saved—so I ended up paying for a brand new tire. Today, July 4th, I show up to the Bobby Jones location AGAIN—this time I’m the first one there at 7AM. And guess what? I’m told no one is working until 10AM because it takes two techs to work on a car. But then, not even 30 minutes later, a second tech magically shows up, and now they can look at it. So they finally check my car and tell me there’s “nothing wrong” with my tires and that it’s probably a faulty sensor. When I ask if they can fix or replace the sensor, I get told to go back to Evans because, and I quote, “they don’t want it to fall on their location.” EXCUSE ME? You’re all Walmart. Why does it matter which store does the job? Why should I, the customer, be bounced around like this when YOU are the ones making the process difficult and exhausting? I’ve wasted my time, energy, and money because of this nonsense. The Bobby Jones location has been unhelpful, unorganized, and completely unwilling to take responsibility or actually assist someone who’s just trying to get their car fixed. This was the LAST time I go to that tire center. Do better. Or don’t do it at all.

4/3/25 Niko (not sure if I got his name right), the front store greeter on the home & pharmacy side is so nice! Super friendly with everyone going in and out. People like him truly make the world a better place!
