Walmart Supercenter

Have you ever wondered what Detroit is really like? Wonder know more. Come to this god-forsaken Walmart and try to use the filthy restroom. The owners should be ashamed.

I have not once seen a single human being in the electronics section in all of my time coming here. Nor have I been able to reach a single department over the phone. The only human being you’ll be able to reach is either watching the register or the exit.

Once, Walmart was my favorite store; good selection, good prices, goods in stock, good customer service. Now, the selection sux, the prices are no better than any other store, the service is awful, and the basics are always out or picked over. Today, I had to wait in line to self checkout for 20 minutes. Only one full service lane was open. Probably 20 lanes unstaffed. They used to never allow the lane to have more than 2 people waiting before opening additional lanes. The quality has crashed! I can't eat the chicken and hamburger because it tastes bad and the chicken has a rubbery texture. Basically, I can't wait to see them go the way of sears and KMart. Sam must be rolling in his grave, seeing what they did to his business.

Doing a deals pick up order and we just walked up to give them our info and she flat out told us to get back in our car and the guy standing beside us she said can I help you sir? She is not every nice and I am reporting her , there is no since in people being that way towards anyone , we all have a job to do and people to help

For once the cashier was super friendly!!! Double bagged my groceries without asking. Smiled, friendly, talkative! EXCELLENT CUATOMER SERVICE from a cashier!!!!
