Walmart Auto Care Centers

This review is rated two stars due to the policy and the online ordering experience. The person I dealt with was professional and courteous. The issue occurred when I ordered two tires with installation for a Model 3. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, but the service manager informed me that they do not service Teslas. I had two tires installed at the local Sam's Club six months earlier. The only reason I did not return to Sam's is that they no longer sold that brand of tire. I am unsure if this is a local or corporate policy, but it is misleading to offer installation if you cannot provide it. I hope this helps someone else.

I was told it would be a little wait. Had a 3 ppl in front. 3 hours for 4 tires. Never again will i use this service. On top of that i used google maps for hours of service. Got here at 6:30am thinking they were open at 7. But no its 8am for sundays. Once again walmart is a waist of time

I refuse to take my car there again. I got my oil changed and noticed an oil leak. I took it back and they said that there notes on my receipts of a leak. I told them I was never verbally aware. They also tried to blame the issue on jiffy lube. I told them repeatedly that this is there fault and they needed to fix the issue since I was never verbally told. They refused to own up to the mistake and fix their issue. I informed them repeatedly that it never leaked until I took it there. The store manager also refused to do anything. So unprofessional. A professional place would have told me verbally and at least showed me about the leak when I was there last. They just want to take responsibility or do their jobs.

I needed two new tires in a hurry, and the staff at this location was very accommodating. It took about 15 minutes for someone to help me at the counter, but once they did, the service was great. The tires were installed quickly, and the price was very reasonable.

There have been so many stellar instances of costumer service from The Evans Walmart Auto Department and there is one person who stands out. His name is Rob and every time I go in, he has a positive attitude, he's informed and I notice he treats every customer with kindness and respect. I have observed him speaking with his coworkers and it just feels like a positive work environment. I was in a few weeks ago because I spent 2 hours waiting (with an appointment) and got the run around at the Bobby Jones Walmart on a day I was leaving town and every second counted...I called Rob and he got me in and out of the Evans location and on the road in time! Next time I know where to go first! I have been meaning to write this review and I really want to because Rob has been so helpful to me over the past year. Thank you Walmart for employing Stars!
