Walmart Auto Care Centers

Went there for oil change. I had an appointment and was there on time. 2 hours later they say there is a leak what do you want us to do? Irresponsible. Why would you make someone wait for so long if there was an issue. Whats the point in appointments

Went to get oil change and have my expensive tires with lifetime rotation and road hazard rotated and afterwards I realized that they canceled my tire rotation without any explanation so I called the next morning and let it ring for an hour and it hung up on me several times until I finally called the operator and they apparently call them over the intercom to answer the phone. I found out that there's a nail in one of my tires And nobody told me that even though I have lifetime road hazard they could have fixed it so now I have to take it back up there and ask them to specifically repair a tire before they will rotate the tires The guy told me that someone should have told me when I checked out of course no one did so I'm not happy with their service. They should at least answer their phone after letting it ring for over an hour at 8:00 in the morning when I'm trying to plan my day.

I am from MD and I visit this Walmart on Richland for my annual rotate and ballance. EVERY TIME! they are fast, nice and courteous. I never get this awesomeness in MD. Even when busy they take there time and do it right!

Went in yesterday to get a tire, since I’ve been getting my tires from them. Had on my spare since I had a flat and couldn’t drive on the flat. Get there only to be told they only had the good year tire in stock, I needed a tire so I purchased it. My car gets taken back immediately and an hour later, I’m called only to be told I have stud that has been rethreaded and they can’t put on the tire I just purchased. So I ask what am I supposed to do, and the female with dreads gone say, I guess you got to take it to a full service repair to get it fixed. How does it get rethreaded when y’all have been the only ones handling my tires besides my putting this spare on myself?! This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems. I brought a tire from them and before I got home the tire pressure light came on, took it back they told me it was because of the weather and just added more air to it. And I kept having to put air in it until I just went to buy a whole new tire. I’m definitely done spending my money with their auto services

Needed 2 new tires ASAP. Location on South side is currently more efficient. The other local location is very short staffed & i would've had a wait of 2-3 hours today! The most affordable prices at either location, but I can't wait for 3 hours.
