Walker Crosby: Allstate Insurance

Hap Greenway of North Augusta took over after Walker Crosby passed away. We had been customers of Walker’s for over 30years. In fact Mark was one of Walker’s first accounts. But since Greenway took over, the customer service is terrible, very poor communication and even Greenway himself has difficulty wrapping his mind around complex situations. He and his staff had no empathy for a miscommunication from one of their previous employees and refused to help. So glad we have left this company for one that actually works with their clients!

I was recently in a accident...Bashed in the rear by a reckless driver on my way to work. I have full coverage insurance and my jeep I just purchased 4months ago has substantial damage All but destroyed at this point. The claim department for All-State is appalling. They offer $2500 for my personal claim is just an insult. If you have All-State insurance. I highly recommend you change your insurance provider. This was my first accident I was not a contribution or involved at fault. I'm victim of a reckless driver and the insurance claim only offer $2500 for this nightmare . Beware of All-State Insurance
