Clean, well organized, and friendly staff. Aaron helped me find items in the vitamin section and looked up other stores that carried the item they were out of in the cold- flu section. He showed genuine interest and gave me knowledgeable input. He was welcoming and professional. I will return to this Walgreens for future shopping.

I have been using this pharmacy for all my medications and I had three refills left on my current prescription. I called the automated line and received confirmation my refill would be ready Thursday at 0900. I shower up Saturday morning due to my work schedule I couldn’t make it Thursday or Friday. When I arrived I was told nothing was showing I requested a refill. That’s fine I asked for my blood pressure medication to be refilled. I was told when they ran my insurance it came back with an error. Long story short I am without my meds and I run out Tuesday morning. I was also told to pay out of pocket full price or I wouldn’t be receiving my blood pressure meds. My recommendation go to CVS much better and they actually show compassion to the sick and elderly.

Michelle at the Walgreens on Knox Ave in North Augusta, SC was absolutely amazing! She took so much care with the photos I was having printed to make sure they were perfect. I would give her 10 stars if I could! Thank you Michelle!
