My prescription was not covered by my insurance and the staff member in the pharmacy helped me lower the cost of my medication by using and FSA/RX scan. She was so helpful and patient. Loved the customer service I received.

Worst pharmacy ever. Every single time I go there is a wait and meds are not ready. Med called in at 10:45 am still not ready at 3 pm. Then had to wait 30 more minutes to get it filled.

We have used this Walgreens pharmacy since it was built probably around 2010. I like that they have a drive thru and the staff is helpful. Our large family gets our prescriptions here and haven't had any issues. They have ordered prescriptions or components to them for us as well.

Store clean, well organized. However if you need a specific prescription be prepared not to have it filled. My doctor called in a prescription on a Monday, I went Tuesday evening after surgery to get it but was told it would not be available until Thursday or my doctor needs to change my prescription. Went back Thursday, no prescription. Tech looked and said it was not on the invoice for Thursdays delivery. She looked and saw when I was available in the warehouse. I asked if it was even ordered or how long would it take if they ordered it that day but she could not tell me. Why not tell the doctor when he called they couldn't fulfill it, why tell me Tuesday it would be available Thursday then not have it available maybe not even ordered. I was also told they could not transfer to another Walgreens unless the doctor called. So I have been in pain since Tuesday and will have to take time out of my day again to see my doctor to try to find a solution.
