Walgreens

I use their pharmacy, and all of the associates working back there have been extremely helpful when I come in with prescription or insurance questions. I have a chronic condition that leads to me having many of those questions, so it's nice to feel like they have my back in something so important. Also, the times I've bought things at the front registers, the cashiers have been cool too :) Keep up the good work y'all, it's appreciated!

Went to check out, cashier has zero communication skills. She checked me out and instead of giving my receipt like a normal human being and every cashier on the planet, she just walks away and says nothing. I asked if I need to reach back and get my receipt, zero response and kept walking away. So, I had to reach behind the register to get the receipt. Trash employee.

I had a return of items I ordered on line.They have a Fed-X inside.The manager which i did not get his name regretfully.He was the absolute nicest person I've had wait on me in a long time.I told my husband going out saying wow,Awesome customer service.It sure is hard to come by these days.I worked @ 6 Krogers 29 years and if I'd acted and treated customers the way they do now,like,I'd never lasted.Our customers are the reason we have a job in the first place.Without them the place wouldn'texist.After I made that comment to my husband he says that's the same man I was telling you about that waited on me.He was trying to get my prescription filled for me.They open at 9 in the pharmacy and it was after 9.He went back to pharmacy getting them on the stick.He talked to my husband a bit and he comes home telling me the manager was a super nice fellow.That was months ago so I didn't put two and two together.If we both noticed how professional,kind ,attentive and helpful he was, then we thought it was worth mentioning.I think he deserves this praise.

staff is great/friendly. knew my name. went through drive thru for medicine and needed test strips. pharmacist assistant got them for me. no delay.

I just left from this location not too long ago ..So the girl with the messed up eyelashes and crunchy weave that just checked me out was so rude.. I was in the middle of typing in my phone number to get a discount and she wouldn’t even let me finish . Normally any other employee would let you finish typing in your number so their customer can get a discount ..
