Customer Service sucks! Cashier obviously doesn't care to be bothered with making sure prices are accurate. Hopefully the cashier I checked out with has a better career in her future. She gave me big attitude when she had to take 30 seconds longer to finalize my check out!

What used to be a model store for Walgreen’s, has clearly forgotten the mission at hand! This location used to be a clean, well-organized, bright, vibrant, and most importantly, a friendly store to visit…. NOT ANYMORE! The vast majority of the employees do everything they can to avoid having to interact with customers. If you do manage to get one of them to stop running away from you, trying to look busy, and you ask them if they have any more of a particular item in the back…with ZERO HESITATION they will cut you off and throw out “everything we have is out on the floor!” Funny, because freight can be seen in the back room whenever one of them comes through the stockroom door! And I am talking about MASSIVE amounts of freight! You would think with all of their fancy scan guns, they could at least scan the tag and investigate the item….but before you can even am them to that, they have already taken off running away from you! The worst of them all, however, is Laura. If I’m not mistaken, she’s a manager who most often is working nights. My wife and I have been staying at a hotel close by due to being displaced from our home thanks to Hurricane Helene, and I’ve been making visits to the store almost nightly to deposit cash in to an online-only bank. After the majority of my visits, and deposits, being after 11pm, tonight Laura decides to hit me with some rule about not being able to do deposits after 11PM (this at 11:16pm FYI). When I remind Laura that I have been coming in at this same time almost every night and it hasn’t been a problem, she responds by telling me they weren’t supposed to do it. When I remind her that she has not only been the one at the register making these deposits for me, but other times she has been the manager approving the deposits…. She just shakes her head and again says “They shouldn’t have done it.” When I remind her that she is one of the “they” that she keeps talking about, she just shrugs her shoulders. So, the I as...

I came in during a so-called shift change and couldn’t use the front register. I had a pack of batteries that I wanted to return because I got the wrong size and they are telling me that they can’t use the register so I go back to pharmacy and they tell me that the front has to do returns, that lady in the front was extremely rude because if she would’ve asked me, I would’ve told her why I was in the front

Staff at the pharmacy are always nice and helpful to me.
