Waffle House

I frequent this Waffle House sometimes on the way home from work to place to-go orders to take home. Every...single....time this location has my order ready, fresh and accurate. Waffle House has increased their prices some, but as good as the quality is, it hasn't got to the point of pricing me out...yet. I've been to at least 50 or so different Waffle Houses in my lifetime, and this one is definitely in the top 10.

Always great service, but that cabin that come on the burgers have got to go! It makes the burgers entirely toooooo salty! That strawberry crunch waffle topping is not good either. Otherwise my weekly visits are flawless!

There is no bigger fan of Waffle House than me…… But this Waffle House is completely and utterly a dumpster fire. Hair in my hashbrowns Saw a guy walk in… sit down… and took 14 minutes for someone to come up and greet him or take his order… Watched a waitress named Megan with a pink hat get mad at a customer because he said he got sausage instead of bacon. Absolute nightmare.. Drive down the road and go to another one…. All employees were arguing and getting wild. Megan kept yelling at people and being horrific. She was especially mean and terrible to A nice lady named Cathy. Just watched another guy… 15 min at the bar… still does not have a drink.

Unfortunately, I did not have my phone to take photos…..🤨 The waitress was inattentive and did not listen as we ordered our food so it was incorrect when the food arrived. She argued when we pointed out our food was wrong, but then finally reordered the incorrect items - rolling her eyes as she did so. The cook area was really dirty and it was obvious that nobody knew which orders were for which customer - as they kept taking food to customers and asking” is this your order?”…🙄 My waffle was delivered almost 15 minutes prior to any other food and was not cooked as i requested… was gummy and chewy in the middle. Finally eggs& grits came - eggs were not cooked as ordered either and were mostly inedible due to raw egg whites. Grits were the best thing i got. Another 10 minutes for undercooked mostly inedible bacon which was very undercooked. By that time everything was cold anyway. What a waste of time and money!!! I tried to complain nicely but since she just argued and clearly didn’t care…. I just sat and picked over my food for the sake of my meal partner and not to ruin our time together! …….. Needless to say , I left quite hungry with food mostly untouched and inedible. Much to my disagreement, the person i was with felt sympathy for the inattentive waitress , leaving her nearly 50% tip.

Was there with a group of 6 just after 10 pm. I need it to be said that our server KY was AMAZING. All there people working there were wonderful and needed a raise after dealing with a prom earlier and a large group of 30 just after A+
