⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at Visionworks in Augusta! Chris, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and my expectations were exceeded. He and his team were professional, attentive, and incredibly caring throughout the entire process. From helping me find the perfect frames to making sure my prescription was just right, their dedication to customer satisfaction was clear. I highly recommend Chris and the Visionworks team to anyone looking for top-notch eye care and outstanding service. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

Vision works is not the best place to get an exam done. Although my prescription has been the same for years they changed it to way lower than what it normally is. After explain I am not able to see clearly out of the contacts they explained they were going to order my actual trial pairs after I already paid for a contact exam and eye glass exam. Never received any actual prescriptions and they never called me for a follow up . Obviously they do not have a direct line to call so I had to come in to speak with them for them to tell me I would need another appointment but still the prescription is incorrect. So definitely try another eye doctor facility.

The staff was great, and the doctor was very thorough and polite. I didn't feel like i was being pushed to buy the most expensive lenses or frames, and they really seemed to want to help me find exactly what i was looking for.

Don’t go… I booked an appointment but the service reps failed to tell me that their exam machines were not working. I came in for the exam 15 min early, checked in, and still no one had mentioned that there were issues. Mean while the service team and the examiners are too busy discussing who they wanted to cater their lunch, instead of servicing clients. 30 min later, someone tells me that the exam machines will not be getting fix, but I can reschedule for the next day.. I should have gotten a call prior to me showing up… Id rather pay out of pocket out of network than to come back here.

The eye exams are more thorough compared to other places. Friendly staff, affordable and they explain everything. Highly recommend. Only problem is not enough parking @ the location I attended. I had to drive around building 3-4 times before I could park. It because they share the space with Tmobile and Aspen dental. They need their own parking....
