Veterans Service

Deserves 0 stars! Arrived seeking information and was immediately met with attitude by a Mr. Makensy! Made to wait outside in a small area where they discussed your private information with everyone around. Afterwards, I was met by another woman with the same attitude and professionalism. Would not recommend visiting this office!

Completely argumentative. I feel like he only returned my call to make excuses for not doing his job and hung up on me when I told him he needed to change. It's the same guy on the voicemail. I would caution veterans to steer clear of him, but I plan making enough fuss that he'll need to seek another job in the near future. He isn't capable of handling veterans.

Honestly I would have put zero stars but it wouldn't let me I filed for a PA so they would be able to represent me, and then got ghosted for 2 weeks no one will answer my phone call or call me back, they are the worst people I have ever had to deal with in the aspects of communication alone!!

I was fortunate enough to be serviced by this office in Augusta, GA in February 2020. The service was fast, courteous, and professional. I was extremely impressed with the thoroughness given to my claims.

The staff at Veterans Service went above and beyond helping me with my Dad's compensation. They were friendly and prompt. They even called another Veterans Service office in another state for me. Thank you so much.
