Experience With nurse Fay, Was excellent she made my dog feel very welcome. To the point that when it was time to go home, he was ready to leave with her again. Customer service was excellent, even though I have to wait for them to go find her to ring me up. But other than that, my experience at this establishment is always excellent.

I had a great experience at Vetco. They took great care of my pup and gave me a range of options and suggestions to help her feel better. Fay went out of her way to make sure our needs were met. Excellent customer service!

Fay was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and gentle with my pet. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. You could tell she genuinely loves what she does.

I overall had a great experience bringing my dog into clinic here. He is usually very anxious and scared of coming to the vet, but he did great with the staff here. The staff was very caring and attentive when treating him. I'll definitely be bringing him back next time.

Total cash grab. They will do anything to charge you for a visit. to include withholding prescriptions for meds. This isn't the first time I've dealt with this from this location. Also, the subscription they offer is a total scam. I signed up for it when it included exams. Two months after, they pulled a bait-and-switch and no longer included exams. The benefit of having your animal's records accessible at all vetco locations is not worth the scam of overpaying. Do yourself a favor and go to a mom and pop veterinarian. Oh and I also have never felt so judged in my ownership of an animal then when I take them to get treated. The doctor always looks at me like I abuse my animal and that I am a terrible human being because my dog has allergies and licks his paws. Garbage service. Garbage value.
