Visited Verizon (North Augusta), frustrated with our current carrier not wanting to upgrade my son’s phone. We were immediately greeted when we walked in. The process wasn’t long at all. Wesley answered all of our questions and we left with three new phones for the entire family! It was even better that our monthly bill is better as well! I’d suggest Wesley snd Verizon over and over!

We truly had the worst experience! We knew walking in it was going to be a long process but we weren’t greeted at the door or asked how they could help until we signed in. We were given a list of numbers to start the process and then the employees walked away. We weren’t checked on for over an hour and when we finally switched over our plan and ordered phones we still needed to wait and were treated like we didn’t exist. We were at the store for over 4 hours and we might have been spoken to 4/5 times. We left without completing the transfer of phones.

If you are not buying in the store you are treated like a second class citizen. We had to warranty are phone and we had to go in to get some accessories and the salesman that was helping us said right at the get go we are closing in a hour and we can't activate your phone you need to come back tomorrow it was 5:50 and they close at 7:00 but a man come right after use and they sold men a phone and activated it. I have been a customer for this store for 20 years but that don't matter.

Wes from 1207 Knox Ave is an amazing salesman, rep, and person. Working with him was such a refreshing experience when it comes to talking to a service provider. I never had Verizon before and he put Verizon on the map for me. I want to switch to Verizon and have this store as my home store. Things he did right: answered the phone; had a polite tone; patiently explained plans that would suit my needs; explained discounts; and was flexible in finding a workaround to meet my cell and home internet needs. He’s very personable, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about his work. Metro wouldn’t be losing a 9yr customer if they hired people like him. Verizon could be getting the next 9yrs of my money just because of Wes.
