Verdant Landscape

Verdant Landscape is an exceptional company that provides quality work and great service. They did a large stamped concrete patio and a beautiful customized fireplace for my backyard. From start to finish they were wonderful and I would highly recommend them! Verdant Landscaping did a marvelous job renovating my front yard. Hurricane Helene hit in late September 2024. I had a big pine tree land and break the roof. Four other trees in front were pushed over but did not fall. Their roots caused much damage to my irrigation system, my landscape lights and my front plantings. I got the roof and house repaired and contacted Verdant Landscaping. They had many jobs due to devastation from the Hurricane. They promised to get to me in April and they did. By that time the house painter had completed their work. Verdant had previously visited my house to devise a plan and develop and estimate. They provided me with a list of the plantings they suggested. The first stage of work was demolition and that began the week after the Masters Tournament in Augusta. I had lost a dogwood tree and that along with the other plants took a few days to dig up and haul off. They hand dug around the trees and camarillas that were remaining. After demolition they began repair of the irrigation system, which had many breaks. Following that they began to install all of the plants that had been delivered in the pattern designed by the Verdant arborist Alicia. When all the plants were in, they began to install the new low voltage path and spot lights that I had purchased. And finally they added pine straw. It all came together amazingly well! Sprinkler works, lighting works, plants are growing! I am very pleased with the work and dedication of the Verdant Landscaping crew and staff. Excellent result!

I would definitely recommend Dalzell. David who is one of their project design managers, helped us figure out a solution to our very steep hill situation on our side yard and put together a plan that has really helped us with the aesthetics and us having to mow that area. He also helped with a drainage issue we had in our backyard and helped bring everything together and make it look amazing! The landscaping team was always polite and courteous to us. The team always cleaned up after a full day's work, and left things in a tidy manner. We will be contacting them again for any future landscaping needs we may have.
