Veggie Park Farmers Market

This place is a hidden gem!!! We went for a cooking class and the instructor was amazing. She gave a great demonstration and the dish was easy to create and super yummy!!! There are so many community resources available here. You shop the online farmers market and pick up your fresh goodies here!! We'll definitely be spending time here❤️

All vendors are certified locally grown and farm tours can be arranged. Many are certified organic. If you're looking for absolutely fresh farm fare, you should give them a try. My only complaint is I wish there were more vendors. ;)

Now that VP is inside the HUB at 631 Chafee Ave, it is so nice and comfortable. It has grown in the number of farmers. All of the farmers are wonderful and easy to learn from and their products are farm to table and sooo fresh and tasting.

We tried to come to the farmer's market, but there is not a soul there. Soooo after reaching someone affiliated with this market, turns out it's being held inside the Kroc center. We will try again next Tuesday.

Great education about healthy eating and how to grow your own fruits/vegetables. Usually something new to try/sample new that I've never tried before.
