UPS Access Point location

The employee Put my package in the dropoff instead of the pickup, UPS missed it two days in a row. Very frustrating. I even called this morning to ensure it would be picked up and he said he moved it to the proper location. Per the tracking it’s still not picked up.

They forgot to ask for my number or email so that I could have proof of dropping it off! Good thing I do FED Ex at my store, so I knew to ask! I almost forgot because the employee was asking for $5, I feel he was just teasing me because I had a return label on my package. Ppl was nice!

Just understand these "access points" do nothing with your package. It must be completely boxed, taped and ready to go. Unlike UPS store or Kohls amazon return where they will do it for you.

I sent a package off and three days later the Verizon text me and said they haven't received the package yet yet so what's up

Took a package for return, they were helpful.
