Upon arrival to the Ups Access Point location, I was surprised at all the cars that were already there ahead of me and concerned about the wait time. I walked inside the store and was very happy that only 2 other customers were ahead of me in line. When I asked the associate for help she politely stated "I'll take care of you right here." I handed her my package, she scanned it, verified the location of where to send the receipt and to my surprise it was as easy as 1-2-3, I was finished and on my way out the door.

I have mail that's supposed to been here since June 1st thru the 4th still haven't received it not I had a new card come in the mail this will be the third time I had this card sent out and still haven't received it even though twice it showed on the app that it was supposed to be in the mail
