The young man working alone at the counter was VERY patient with an older woman who was honestly giving him a hard time. He handled it very well and remained composed. Even I as a customer was behind the woman getting frustrated, and an entire line piled up while she kept on with her antics. I had never used this location or any other UPS access point before, but he answered my questions and helped me quickly. It was super easy and fast.
