THE ENTIRE STAFF ON 6/13 OBVIOUSLY DONT LIKE THEIR JOB. YOUR JOB IS TO ASSIST YOU DID NOT EVEN TRY. I have been coming here for years but Lord knows today is the last time i will ever step foot in this place. Did a online order and unfortunately the products didn't have seals so I didn't trust my items and decided to return them to the store. Mind you on the items you recieve with a online purchase it tells you if you need to return any items you can go to the store all you need are the contents that are provided with a online order. Went to this location was told that I need a QR code. Ok confused. What I need that for? Per this incompetent staff that's provided when you start the process of returning a order. Why would I need to do that when the instructions are not only listed on the contents packaged with the online order but they are the same instructions that are listed online when you go to the return option. So I ask for instructions or if someone can help me obtain a "QR code". The manager did not try to assist me nor did the associates. I'm standing off to the side trying to figure out this ridiculous policy. Then I ask them well how am I supposed to return these items since I dont have a QR code. The manager with her unhelpful behind then tells me I need to contact the Happy Return office. Who is that?! The associate who was also no help gives me a number. I call the rep tells me they gave me the wrong info! Are you kidding me. I contact the Evans location boom I was able to return my items. It was so insulting considering how much money I have spent with Ulta. But to add insult to injurty the fact that I mean not 1 person tried to help me. That was foul and messed up but it's all good. Thanks for showing your true colors. People in this world are ridiculous.

Brittany S in the salon is TERRIBLE. From the moment i arrived it was as if i was an inconvenience to her day. I booked for 5:15 pm and it seemed as if she was ready to go. I understand it’s kinda late in the day for hair appts but don’t have your books/ availability open if you can’t be positively present with a good attitude for customers. After I sat in her chair she repeatedly told me I colored my hair 3 or so months ago when I’ve not colored my hair since 2023. She’s very obnoxious. Just loud and wrong. A major turn off from the establishment.

I love this Ulta! The staff is always so helpful and kind. I went in for help with makeup and Jane was incredible! She was so patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She's a gem!
