I called after hours requesting if it was possible to remove a deceased cat from under my porch - he must have been attacked by something. I expressed to the woman that answered the phone that I knew the owners, but they were not answering my phone calls or texts all day. She told me, “As a cat owner, I would be really upset if I found out someone disposed of my cat without me knowing.” Clearly, she was not listening to me. I have cared for this neighbor’s cat and spent hundreds of dollars on his vet care. And she had the audacity to accuse me of not caring for him when I just want his body disposed of. We exchanged curse words and I told her she should be ashamed of herself for passing such judgement.

I contacted TruTech about a huge squirrel problem in my attic and walls. Anthony (Tony) Warenzak came out to check on my problem. He spent 2 hours checking the house from the outside, we noticed several possible places the squirrels could be entering. The attic was the next place to be checked. There he found big spots the squirrels were using to get in and out of. Could see all sorts of signs that the squirrels had been really active. Pictures were taken of all the damage. Then it was onto the roof. There were two holes the squirrels had made, one on the east side and one on the west side of the house. We talked about what he could do for me. A 5 day trapping session to remove the squirrels. Once the squirrels were out the repair to the holes were to be done. Clean up the squirrels droppings and sanitize/deodorize. Apply a squirrel deterrent. All this was done with excellent care to my house and working with my time schedule. Tony went up and beyond what I had been expecting. If anyone I know has a problem I will be recommending TruTech.
