Not very helpful at all and somewhat rude. Handed me a bunch of papers, didn’t give me time to read them, and explained them poorly. The teller proceeded to get frustrated with me for not understanding a half explanation and trying to ask questions. Did not seem interested in helping me understand or identifying where the disconnect was, just frustrated that I didnt automatically know exactly how this process works despite there not being any easily accessible information about the specifics on their website. Overall bad attitude and customer service. If you need anything more than basic services I would try a different branch.

Crappy bank all in all. Our account was locked due to fraudulent activity(someone tried taking our money) once it was unlocked they told us to come get our money at a local branch and we weren’t able to bank with them any longer

My wife and I went in yesterday around 3pm for first time since moving here to area to send a wire transfer. While standing in lobby waiting for someone to acknowledge us being there, a blonde haired lady walked up to us and first thing out of her mouth “I am going to lunch, I’ll get someone else to help you”. We thought Truist had customer service. Obviously not here in Georgia. The lady that did help us was nice. That’s the only reason for the 4 stars. Maybe I need to think about changing banks.

Ridiculous they open late, have a line of about 6 people and want to do night deposits and have 2 people doing that. I will never even accept a check from this bank. Was my first and last experience with this bank. Poor customer service.

If I could have rated ZERO stars I definitely would have! Keitha Shorter is rude and apparently doesn’t do her job. I went inside of the peach orchard rd branch to handle a situation on the first Saturday in September. The lady who helped me was super sweet but needed assistance. Another lady helped her out at least I thought. Nothing was actually done as I received a call from this particular branch telling me I needed to call a 1800 number to do what I went in for weeks ago. Apparently handing jobs to anyone is the norm now.
