Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Though, I do still eat here regularly due to convenience, the past few visits have been unpleasant. Yesterday, ordered a flatbread and smoothie. The wait wasn’t bad but they forgot my side. I returned the next day and ordered the same thing and mentioned my side from the day before, the staff stated that she did remember me (she rang me up) but that she would not allow me the side that was left out of my bag. I ordered avocado to add to my wrap which was not added (extra charge) and the wrap was not cut in half and the sweet potatoes were over heated and hard. I’ll give another try next week.

I came in with my two small kids Wednesday morning, May 14th. The lady working at the front desk was very helpful. She offered to put a portion of the smoothie in a smaller cup for my 3 year old daughter. My daughter almost immediately squeezed the cup and spilled hers all over herself. The employee was so kind and made a new one for my daughter without me asking. She was friendly and made an inconvenient situation much easier. Thank you!!

I see why it has bad reviews. Need to revamp the staff. When there is 0 care then there is nothing you can do to help besides start over

My food and smoothie order is always messed up here . I get the sunrise sunset and here it tastes like they skip the oj and just use water 😵‍💫 my smoothie always taste so bland and watery here . I get the chipotle chicken club flatbread and it’s come out with frozen chicken , bread not toasted and they cut the tomatoes in huge wedges making it the main ingredient. Same experience three times in a row with different staff so I’m convinced they’re just doing their own thing on the recipes here .

This place is crushing it. Friendly staff, good food, great smoothies. Try the super green chicken ceasar or the baja chicken. Awesome. Photo of Baja Chicken
