Got my lashes done yesterday by these people. I was referred to them by a friend. I waited about 45 mins to get them done. I was actually there way before 11. I was greeted by a very professional man who I wish would have did my lashes but he already had a appointment. So I had to get them done by some one else. I can't remember he/she name but that person was very rude and unprofessional and had the nerve to ask do I want to leave a tip. I said no I don't have any cash sorry he/she stated well you can leave it on the card. I said no thank you and left. I get home and around 6pm the lashes started just falling out one by one. To be honest I just want to go somewhere else and have them remove the remaining lashes and put on another set just to not have to go back in and deal with this individual because I know its going to be a issue.

Got my lashes done Saturday. Idk if its the glue or the amount of glue used my eyes are so irritated i cant function. When i close my eyes the glue is piercing my bottom lid and it hurts like hell. I call the store and spoke to a woman. She was very helpful with aiding in me getting my issue rectified. Im a semi regular customer and nothing is ever 100% and i can appreciate the concern and love from the staff. It makes me feel appreciated as a customer.

I should have just went to my tried and true eyebrow place next door. Monica did my eyebrows and made me feel embarrassed talking about how dry my skin was and how my eyebrows were so thin. I hardly ever leave reviews but this experience was so ghetto and unprofessional. I will most certainly not be returning. And p.s the twinkle she used on my brows made my skin very irritable, so bad that it hurt to wash my face at night. Take your money to shapes brow bar next door.

Wasn’t me but my daughter lashes only lasted 2 daysss and they were individual lashes !!!!! And she tipped them ! ...when I called to complain the Manager! stated what do you want me to do put super glue on them .we will NEVER! go back I will stick to nail trix at least hey have customer service skills

Had great customer service - even offered addition skin products that I truly needed. Brow arch + fill in and individual lashes by Monica was flawless/ first time attending will return again and recommend as well. Thanks again for bringing me back to life.
