I don't believe I would recommend this company to anyone if I was asked to... I will preface this by saying we don't have a flat lot... However... if you're providing "professional" services, I think you should be able to manage. The attached images represent the quality of lawn service that we've received on our latest, and last, servicing. Deep cuts, scalping, etc. etc... The employees noted that we have "a difficult lawn" and yes, we do, but the amount of scalping and deep cuts that are present are just ridiculous. I'd expect this from a high school kid trying to make some extra cash, not a professional service that I'm paying about $70 a mow for. The side walk image... this was a brand new house, the side walk wasn't damaged when we took over ownership and has since been damaged by the mowers many times. (No compensation given). The gate to our fence has been left over a number of times as well. Luckily, our dog hasn't attempted to run through the open gate -- and our toddler isn't outside without supervision. Otherwise, we have lost one, or both, at one point. Todd has been very responsive when talking with him via text or email. And when we complained the first time, he spoke with his team. The invoices we receive from them do not have a correct phone number (or Todd doesn't receive those messages) because I've used it a few times to no response -- until I text or email Todd.

We were with Top Cut for several years and they always managed to keep our lawn looking awesome. They were always easy to contact with any questions and consistently went out of their way to accommodate or needs throughout multiple changes. Pricing was competitive and we were always happy with the way they took care of us.

Initially I was impressed by how fast the guys cut my neighbors yard and decided to give them a try. I have held my tongue until now bc they are so focused on finishing the job quickly and leave patches of uncut grass in my yard. Our yard isn’t that big how can you not cut it properly??!!! Not only that they put you on a schedule that they don’t really keep. We have to ask if they are coming to cut our yard. We have HOA and if our yard isn’t cut we will get a nasty gram. They put the heaviest guy on the standing rider and when he goes down a slope our yard gets cut down to the red dirt. So we have some bald areas where it was cut too low. I know they have a lot of customers but they should treat every customer like they’re the only customer. Treat the yards with care and not with haste.

I've been using Todd and his team for 2 years. Exceptional service and professionalism. Always made sure to edge and clean up the residual lawn cuttings making everything look clean. I would still be using them if we didn't move out of state. Todd the owner is an outstanding communicator and very easy to work with. And his prices are very reasonable especially compared to most lawn services you will find in the area.
