T.J. Maxx

We've shopped at T. J. Maxx many times over the years. My lovely wife likes their selections of purses, home goods, kitchen stuff, pet related items and clothes. I like to wander around with her, but haven't purchased any men's clothing there. They have nice things, but I don't think their target demographic is 75 year old men over 6' and 220 lbs...

It’s definitely hit or miss on getting good finds, probably depends on the day. The lines are always fairly long. The dressing room could be cleaned more often as theres trash and dirt. Staff could definitely be more outgoing.

I went here the other day, and Porsha was amazing! She was incredibly patient, nice, great to talk to, and had the best customer service.

I came in per usual to to find my 2 boys an outfit each. While the selections were slim especially for my 10/12 yo ,as they always are, I did find something for each child, I made it to the register ,cashier was friendly and all but I noticed the legs of the pants were full of dust and dirt, mind you this is the only pants I found i his size. the manager reviewed the item and told me if I could wash it , it couldn’t be discounted , brand new!! I spend 100s in this store almost every visit , the bias is I receive on almost each visit is crazy work, whether I’m being followed around or watched like some common thief , or just plain mistreate. Not all blacks steal or search for a way to get over,I kindly returned all items for my 10 year old and quite honestly I will never set foot in this store again. And I will be sure to spread the word. Fed up with you all!

Went in today for a return and the line was wrapped. I was in/out in 10 mins. The place was packed but the workers were fast and friendly. Greatly appreciated!!
