Tires Plus

I recently had the pleasure of getting my tires changed by Jacob. From the moment I arrived, his professionalism was evident. He greeted me warmly and took the time to explain the process, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. My tires were changed quickly, and it was clear that he took great care to ensure everything was done correctly. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free, which I greatly appreciated.

One of the most unprofessional place to get your vehicle work on. I go get work done, then it became another issue with something else, then something else. Call to try to fix the issue, the manager showed little concern, they want more money from me to look at it, like really, I literally just spend close to $2000 with you. A courtesy check would been the best answer. People if you want your vehicle done correctly the first time, I repeat do not take you vehicle to this place. You will be sorry that you did.

I was there today to get an oil change and brake work on my Lexus. I am very satisfied with the work done. I have gone to all of the Tire Plus in Augusta and this is my favorite. Great customer service!

I have been going here for several years now. I've bought 3 new sets of tires from here as well as, many oil changes and tire rotations. I've recently found that I needed new tires again and called and spoke to Jacob.He was exceptionally informative! I had tons of questions and he was very patient with me and left me will all of the answers I needed. I 100% recommend coming to this Tires Plus for all of your tire needs and more.
