I had an appointment recently at Dr Tippett office ,I completed my pre information online, informing the Dr about my medical condition, I also asked staff do they have any promotions, she stated that the only had Care credit. After going online after the visit I noticed they had Tippet 2020 promotion where if I was informed it only would have $59+ dollars, instead I end up paying over $400.00 dollars I’m on a fixed income, When I asked the manager why wasn’t I informed about the program , She stated maybe the staff forgot to tell me about it! The program covers individuals that doest’t ,have vision insurance, such as myself, staff eventually said I didn’t qualify because of my medical conditions! Well ma’am pee in me and tell me it’s raining However I must say some of the staff were friendly!

Dr. Tippett has been one of the most knowledgeable and thorough eye doctors I have been to and helped resolve an issue I have been dealing with for years! -Most- of the staff is very friendly and professional. I’m very grateful for Dr. Tippett.

Arrived at the appointment 15 minutes early, completed the necessary paperwork, etc. waiting to be seen after 45 minutes but wasn't called yet they called someone else who came in after me. I approached the desk to re-schedule since no apology was given for the poor, unprofessional service, I decided not to continue with this office
