Thrifty Car Rental - Augusta Regional Airport

Michelle was incredibly caring and thoughtful throughout the whole rental process. Even on a busy holiday weekend, with a steady flow of customers, she handled everything with such warmth and positivity. Her personality is genuine and friendly, and she made the entire experience feel easy and personal despite the crowd. I’m so grateful for her help — because of her, I’d definitely rent from Thrifty again. Thank you, Michelle!

Would rate 0 if I could. Booked a reservation online with the site showing vehicles available. When I get there to guy at the counter said there were no cars and nothing to do about it. He was very rude and told me to "try later." Why offer online reservation with confirmation if you don't have the inventory? And an I supposed to hang out in the terminal until something maybe shows up? Completely unprofessional and sleazy way to run a business. Fire the staff, management and shut this kiosk down!

Thrifty was a life saver. Our family was relocating for a military move and our flight was delayed 3 times causing me to miss another reservation. The counter guy which I don’t know his name was an angle and helped me get a van to get all our luggage and family. The whole process was seamless and customer service was top tier.

My rental experience was great! I had to pick up after hours and there was no trouble or getting my vehicle. It was a great car and clean. Also, I extended my rental for a couple hours due to a flight delay and there were no issues. Would rent from here again!

Had a reservation. Plane was delayed and didn't arrive until after 12am. Arrived with no one at the counter (hours of operation is until 11:59pm). If there was no reservation made nor the obvious of a plane still to land, I wouldn't have been bothered. Neither is the case. However, this placed my family in an extremely bad situation to obtain transportation. The only reason it is a 2 star not a 1 is the person that helped the next morning was attentive to our situation. Of course, I reserved a SUV and that wasn't available as well.
