My experience at Wax Haus has been nothing short of amazing! I’ve been going to Wax Imani for over a year and will never relocate to any one else. I always leave satisfied with a smile on my face. Our conversations are something to look forward to and I always leave with little to no pain. I HIGHLY recommend Wax Haus!

I cannot review my experience at The Wax Haus highly enough. After having a not-so-pleasant bikini wax at another local spa in the past, I was a bit nervous. Luckily, I was treated to a genuinely fabulous experience, which is hard to come by when you're talking about bikini waxing! The atmosphere was lovely, and the OWNER who performed the waxing was attentive, thorough, and extremely professional. The wax she used or perhaps her technique was so painless the best experience I have ever had. I’m definitely making this my home spa, and I highly recommend that others do the same! I wish I could've put 5 stars because I did enjoy the service but I just can't. I got a Brazilian. While getting it wax, it was more painful than the other wax place I normally go to. Even though it's my 4th wax, I would even say my first wax was less painful than this one. I wished she press her hand on my skin after ripping, which is probably why it was more painful. The wax's grip on my skin/hair was pretty painful as well compared to the other's that I had. But other than that, the service was good and she was nice. But then once I got home, I noticed that a chunk of my labia was ripped off. That has never happened to me. Probably another reason why it was more painful. I'm pretty sure it was an accident but that could come with good consequences as I could've got an infection in one of the most sensitive part of a body. I told her and asked for a refund, which she did so that's good on her part. I wish I can come back again but I can't. However, this is my experience so each one might be different.

Imani is amazing! This was my first wax and she made it not only pleasant but comfortable! I can’t wait to go back in 4 weeks. If you’re on the fence about waxing 10/10 recommend and 100% book with The Wax Haus you won’t regret it!
